On initial contact with the company they were very helpful, professional and friendly. Jack visited the property within a few days of my enquiry and supplied drawings and prices and invited me to their showroom to go through the quote and design and to see the quality of their products. Their paperwork is very comprehensive and informative. Alison in the office is also very helpful returning all phone calls etc. Jack kept me updated and any questions i had were answered regarding the project. Mark did the building survey and was very thorough in explaining how the job would be handled and was on site throughout the whole renovation. All the tradesmen were excellent workers, very respectful, highly skilled and always left my property neat and tidy at the end of the day. I had a new HUP system installed to replace an ageing conservatory together with internal building work. The speed this was constructed was unbelievable and the end result and quality of the work is outstanding. I also had new windows installed in the property which are great quality. I intend to use this great company to do further renovations on my property. Well done to all the staff at Linwood you are a pleasure to deal with.
